After years of Mascara's Gentlemens Club controversy in this community the doors are open for the last time since the lease expires January 1, 2022. The community meet with City Counselmen Matt Carlucci and Kevin Carrico about the Mascaras Gentlemen Club situation. The resident in the Southside Estates Community and on Patton Rd can sleep in peace, specially our Patton Rd residents, without the house radling from the loud music and gunfire violence in the neighborhood.
